Global Water Solutions is looking for an additional HR Manager to help deliver and develop the HR strategies for the company to be based either in our Luxembourg (Contern) or UK (Weeton) subsidiary.
This very versatile position which is covering all areas of HR reports to the Director of Continuous Improvements (HR and systems) based in Germany. The position will be working closely with the HR Manager and the Global HR Adminstrator based in Delhi, India, in addition to the HR supervisor based in China. The Luxembourg or UK based HR manager will be dealing with regional and global HR responsibilities, all with the aim to help GWS grow and improve as a company and employer.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage On and Off boarding procedures for the regional offices and ensure they are carried through properly and completely
- Analyse, review, and optimize remuneration packages to ensure a fair salary structure
- Be part of the team to develop, improve and manage training needs
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage the employee file maintenance and ensure staff data is updated and files are complete and accurate
- Review and approve monthly payrolls
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (including bonus plans, goal management and performance assessments)
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Work with the Marketing Department and HR team on employer branding
- Back up for India based HR manager
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in writing or updating policies and ensuring they are being carried through and followed
Your Attributes:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR manager or similar HR position for at least 2 years a must
- Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English
- Additional language , preferably French or German considered an asset
- People oriented and results driven
- Needs to show personal initiative and strong skills for self-organization
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of local labour law and HR best practices consider an asset.
