We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition - DBS. The successful candidate will Develop DBS Talent Acquisition strategic priorities aligned with Group Human Resources (HR), Group Talent Acquisition (TA) and the Digital Business Services (DBS) People Strategy.
Key accountabilities include:
- Relationship leader for DBS ExCo, DBS Head of HR and wider HR leadership team representing the Talent Acquisition (TA) function and Global Talent Acquisition Transformation journey
- Oversight for all GM-8 Hiring in DBS globally ensuring alignment with DBS strategic priorities; diversity, mission-capable talent, EVP & brand, cost plan, location strategy, future skills and simplification.
- Developing and leading DBS Diversity and inclusion TA priorities and implement initiatives that increase diverse representation contributing to DBS Diversity goals
- Lead DBS Global demand planning process in partnership with DBS COOs providing rolling view of skill based demand at region / country level to enable service excellence
- Provides Global Resourcing SME, insight and counsel to support DBS strategy
- Leads and contributes to TA elements in DBS Strategic Programmes: Vision’27 (Right Talent, Right Place and Dynamic Rewarding Careers) Operations Transformation (BWOT) and Agile
- Partner with DBS Head of Talent and People Capability to deliver DBS Talent Strategy; supporting succession planning and connecting internal talent to opportunity.
- Use Data and work-force analytics to improve TA experience
- Is an escalation point for DBS leadership, supporting executive and regional teams to resolve issues
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Successful track record in a Resourcing/Talent Acquisition leadership role is essential
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at Senior Leadership level
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Diversity & Inclusion and how to embed in TA initiatives
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
- Commercially minded and able to drive change
- Experience translating vision and strategy into actionable goals
- Innovative mindset; curious to learn and able to solve complex problems
- Good Data and analytics and PowerPoint skills
The base location for this role is Flexible in the UK
