About the role
This is a field-based role, which will have you travelling to our demo stores across the UK. You will also spend time at our UK campus in Malmesbury.
You will be educating hair care teams on machines and styling strategies to support best-in-class demonstrations for all audiences including professional, retail, direct and consumers by facilitating training and demoing work as needed.
You will facilitate and own market connects between Education Managers in international markets to follow the Global Education Strategy and share market learnings. Working with commercial managers, Creative, Comms and Retail teams to complete education narratives and assets for each launch & campaign. Supporting the creation of education modules for online learning and cascading Education presentations and materials though local education or training teams to maintain a high standard of execution.
The global education manager drive’s commercial success by enhancing demonstrators' reputation and skill levels, supporting market teams with training plans to ensure that the education offering is current, up to date and of a high-quality level.
About you
- A NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent
- Experience presenting haircare products in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 5 years working in the professional hair industry
- Confident in hair type diversity
- Be able to knowledgably critic product development, imagery, copy, events and training assets.
- Must have a keen eye for high quality styling and attention to detail
- Experience planning and running training sessions that inform and motivate
- Know how to cascade technical knowledge in the most effective ways possible
