The Role…
At Soho House, the Global Digital Marketing Manager will oversee member communications across our digital channels, including local and global email and the Soho House app. They will own the global digital communications calendar and be the central point of contact supporting regional membership teams in developing clear, consistent and high-quality communications locally.
A successful Digital Marketing Manager will be a skilled project manager with a keen eye for detail. They know that partnership and collaboration across multiple departments is crucial to create inspiring and informative communications for our members, and are able to manage stakeholders across teams and time zones to get projects delivered on deadline. Voice and tone and the right imagery are just as important as a complete and concise brief. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Global Head Digital Marketing
Main Duties…
- Manage the global digital communications calendar to best prioritize business needs, given limited technical resources and ensuring a healthy communications cadence for members
- Own global email campaigns from strategy and ideation through deployment in partnership with Creative and CRM teams, managing the process and stakeholders
- Design testing strategies to improve engagement across digital communications channels, including everything from subject line tests to push notifications
- Support local teams across UK, EU and Asia, plus Cities Without Houses, with writing and sending local digital communications to Soho House members
- Partner with the Soho Friends team to build out the comms journey and support with ongoing communications
- Expand on the global and local push notifications strategy for the Soho House app and act as approver and facilitator of the deployment of local push notifications
- Manage regionalization and translations for all global campaigns
Requirements / Qualifications...
- Minimum 4-5 years working in marketing, communications, content or related field
- Excellent written and communication skills, combined with the ability to easily adapt to a brand's tone of voice
- A track record of executing successful marketing strategies including growth tactics, customer retention, increased engagement, and best-in-class content
- Experience managing global teams, projects, and stakeholders
- Hands-on attitude and high attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and channels at the same time
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get stuck in
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
- A team player, who can work with individuals of all experience levels
- Comfort with digital collaboration via G Suite or similar
- Email experience, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus, but not required
