The candidate can be based in any European country where our company have an office or US/Canada.

This position reports to the Global Commercial Operations Director and is responsible for the enablement and enhancement of our Technology Solutions CRM (MAXXflex) within our Animal Health division. This role is pivotal in our ambition to deliver technology solutions directly to our customers and has a focus on functionality enabling the automation of the sales quotation and order process for both one-off and subscription sales as well as associated after-sales capabilities. The Product Owner is an active member of the MAXXflex value team and operates as a trusted advisor for Commercial and IT teams, designing, rolling out and ensuring adoption and value realization of MAXXflex CRM.

This is a strategic role, leading and communicating the vision, strategy, and implementation of the Technology Solutions CRM (MAXXflex) by deeply understanding its stakeholders, collaborating closely to help achieve their short-term outcomes while ensuring that product design delivers long-term success of the product.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Commercial experience: related to sales order processes, sales force effectiveness and commercial excellence. Experience in subscription-based sales models is a plus
  • Experience of product management of business systems/processes including strategy, road mapping
  • Experience managing CRM systems and knowledge in CRM processes. Specific experience in Salesforce platform is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional settings
  • Team player who autonomously manages and prioritizes own work and thrives in a dynamic environment managing complex competing priorities
  • Strong communicator - Addresses all audiences using different methods with a focus on long-term clarity. Actively listens and gains insight, to translates into compelling stories.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and Continuous Discovery:
    • Provide subject matter expertise, commercial perspective, and new ideas on MAXXflex CRM platform enabled processes
    • Actively contributes to the design of solutions, systems, and processes
    • Owner of the long-term vision, roadmap, and version release strategy

  • Planning/ Prioritisation:
    • Define areas of focus, proactively manage short-term priorities and enhancements
    • Partner with global and regional commercial leadership and IT stakeholders to ensure priorities align
    • Facilitate ticket review meetings and follow-up activities

  • MAXXflex CRM Operations:
    • Ensure enhancements are easy to use and solve business problems effectively through research and development, experimentation, prototyping and testing phases
    • Support MAXXflex roll outs by driving market readiness and clear communications
    • Ongoing market support: listen, observe, and understand business needs, aspirations, concerns, and frustrations as it relates to MAXXflex CRM and integrated solutions/technologies and collaboratively define problems and global enhancements
    • Plan and manage the delivery of new pilots for new global solutions
    • Define, communicate, and monitor MAXXflex CRM success KPIs

  • MAXXflex CRM global adoption:
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define best practices and provide markets with guidance and support to ensure high adoption
    • Facilitate communications to stakeholders and the wider organisation to ensure the MAXXflex CRM processes are understood and followed
    • Work alongside the Global MAXXflex CRM Trainer to develop training strategies and support content used for standard implementations and ongoing education. As needed, deliver on-boarding train-the-trainer sessions
