Job description

As the Governance, Training and Administration Lead you will spend each day designing, enhancing, delivering and sustaining a comprehensive program of governance and oversight for Global Crisis Management (GCM). You will be responsible for reconciliation of processes, compile reports, oversee financial and budgetary obligations, and prepare material for oversight purposes to JPMC Board level.

You will be required to collaborate in all aspects of training globally, integrating internal and external simulations and to ensure it is recorded accurately and available. In support of operational aspects of GCM process ensuring consistency, timeliness and quality is essential in the role; building relationships with key stakeholders, including third party vendors, to ensure JPMC complies with the full obligations of Crisis Management. During real-time incidents you will be expected to co-ordinate and support the Crisis Management Process (CMP) through to participating in After Action Reviews.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, enhance, and sustain a comprehensive program of governance and oversight for GCM.
  • Prepare and collate information relating to all facets of the CMP and to compile routine reports.
  • Collaborate in training design, scheduling, deliver, and reconciliation for Crisis Management Teams (CMTs) across the globe through internal and external exercises and simulation, including the Firmwide Simulation Utility (FSU)
  • Maintain competency assessments and ensure an accurate and retrievable representation of all training activity is available.
  • Support the delivery of all aspects of the CMP during real time incidents, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and that the incident is tracked with an accurate record of events and decisions.
  • Own the GCM Controls portfolio to ensure ongoing delivery of control requirements and testing, participate in their annual training, and that each CMT is up to date and correct.
  • Oversee financial and budgetary obligations related to GSOC and GCM programs to ensure optimal expenditure and cost management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • few years of experience in a crisis management, emergency management, security operations centre management (or demonstrably similar) domain.
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise in delivering program/project management programs in global organisations.
