THE GIG
Reporting to the Global Head of Brand Marketing, this role will manage, develop and lead implementation of all consumer facing brand & product campaign activity to drive consumer awareness, engagement and purchase at a global level.
Sitting within the global integrated marketing function this role is integral to building and executing the global campaign strategy to bring the brand to life for our audience. Working closely with product, strategy and key channel leads you will deliver 360-degree plans that drive overall brand and business objectives.
As the brand marketing guardian, you will inspire the wider team with your attitude for excellence, your unstoppable creative flair and passion for world class delivery.
As our Global Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Strategy, leveraging insights & data to develop holistic brand marketing plans that bring our brand purpose to life.
- Leadership, deliver brand governance across the business taking the brand proposition and values to define clear brand guidelines for all communications.
- Be the go-to on our brand marketing strategy and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure its delivered seamlessly.
- Deliver multi-channel brand & product campaigns that cut through with our target consumer across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Manage the brand Marketing coordinator to support the delivery of all campaigns and activity while supporting them to grow within the business.
- Working closely with the brand editor to craft plans that seamlessly bring the brand to life in a holistic and integrated manner creating synergy across brand and commercial needs to create an aligned and clear brand for the consumer.
- Critical thinking, identify, track and optimize relevant campaign KPI’s to be able to provide campaign analysis and communicate to the wider business once delivered to determine ROI
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering great brand marketing and content.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management.
- Strategically minded and collaborative, the ability to interpret the strategic vision into consumer-facing connectivity.
- Strong affinity with the Dr. Martens brand and a great eye for detail
- Sound competitor knowledge, you know what the drivers of brand love are and how to balance this through commercial communications
