Job description
We are a community of marketers focused on B2B products, solutions and services. The Global Marketing Operations team centrally supports Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Help build the strategy, design and implementation of processes to ensure successful campaigns across owned and paid channels, including email, social media, advertising, SEO, newsletters and other tactics
- Work with internal stakeholders and project sponsors to define business objectives, establish project milestones and timeline and drive the process end to end from ideation to launch
- Oversee campaign deliverables and project manage internal stakeholders across business units, regions
- Support the development of digital content to support marketing strategies and generate sales leads, including web projects, thought leadership and virtual events
- Optimize advertising investments, and suggest improvements when ad campaigns are not performing against targets
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns to effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards
- Effectively partner with vendors (e.g., marketing agencies, creative agencies, event organizers, etc.) and internal stakeholders to drive desired outcomes

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract learnings and identify key insights
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Analytics or similar)
- Experience successfully executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
