Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

Essity is a leading global FMCG company, specialising in hygiene and health, with its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The company develops, manufactures, and sells products and solutions within hygiene and health. The products portfolio includes tissue paper, baby diapers, feminine care, incontinence care and many more.
Essity was a part of the hygiene and forest products company SCA until 2017, when the company spun off the hygiene operations that became listed as a separate company on Nasdaq Stockholm. Essity has approximately 48 000 employees and net sales in 2021 amounted to 11.3 billion euros.
The name Essity stems from Essentials and Necessities
This role requires an ambitious self-starter who is looking to thrive within a dynamic and integrated global account team to drive success in 2023.
The Global Account Manager plays an integral role within the Essity Global Account team, supporting the day-to-day delivery and operation of best-in-class media services to the Essity global headquarters across its portfolio of brands and markets.
You will own the relationship with local agency teams and client team, ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple operational projects and co-ordinate ongoing global team outputs.
This role is fast paced, and we are looking for a self-starter with strong project management skills, an interest in data and analytics, and a positive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities:
Market Coordination & Network Management
- Ensure market call presentations run smoothly and to collate and distribute feedback and media plans
- Support Global Account Director in ensuring local markets are following the Global strategy and executing best in class plans at a local level.

Work with local market teams to share relevant information and ensure understanding & adoption of these strategies
Client Servicing & Management - Support the Global Account Director in managing key client stakeholders across key tasks and markets

Developing relationships with internal stakeholders to be seen as a key point of reference on the Essity global team
Planning & Strategy - Support the Global Account Director to produce and create best in class ways of working and operations

Provide support on overseeing the successful implementation of the strategy
Develop and maintain relationships - Build relationships and establish the smooth running of key stakeholder groups: central Zenith and local Zenith teams
- Report minutes and points of discussions when participating in meetings with client and internal stakeholders
- Help to organize diaries and meetings for the central team
- Be the leader in taking weekly status notes and following up on key actions with the central Zenith team
- An experienced Senior Account Executive looking to make the leap to an Account Manager
- Knowledgeable in all media channels, with ideally at least 4 years of experience within a media agency working on either local or global clients
- Able to multi-task and prioritise, with exceptional organizational skills
- A confident and adaptable communicator and solutions-oriented
- Able to assess the value of individual tasks and manage priorities, taking into account the bigger picture beyond any one task
- Able to identify when to escalate potential issues before they become a problem
