VBI is currently looking to onboard a Global Account Manager to manage global customer relationship for portfolio of Asia Pacific headquartered one of large VBI account aligning operating companies, affiliates, and partners and to drive profitable and long-term revenue contribution, customer satisfaction and increased market share from integrated product, service, and solution offerings.
- Responsible for the global account management of nominated Vodafone business international accounts and delivery of profitable, long-term business of those accounts to Vodafone
- Ensures delivery of all financial targets including revenue, connections for voice and data, market share and net margin contribution
- Establishes appropriate relationships with customers and within Vodafone. Leverages those relationships to ensure maximum financial return from Vodafone customers
- Works collaboratively to provide direction on the service, delivery, and operational relationship for nominated accounts
- Inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers. Responsible for content of proposals submitted to customer, both in response to requests for proposal (RFP) and proactive (unsolicited)
- Must have P&L understanding
- Track record of global accounts/ enterprise solution selling (10+ years) within multi-national companies (in at least one of the following areas – communications service provider, technology, Manufacturing, professional services sectors)
- Telecom, IT and Cloud Product knowledge & solution mindset
- Has the ability to understand a customer’s business and challenges and the experience of identifying and developing creative and innovative solutions, which address the customers’ business challenges
- International/Regional business appreciation and expertise– lived and worked in region countries for large amount of time. Demonstrated success in working in multi-cultural environment and can act upon cultural differences
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of result working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple time zones
