Vibe Nightclub
Vibe is a 840 capacity nightclub in Lancaster City Center. We opened at our Dalton Square site in September 2022 and have lots of plans for the venue including refurbishment and expansion.
We currently have a team of 40 part time staff who help run the Club, including a team of Supervisors who help our staff learn and grow.
We're dedicated to providing a safe night out for all our customers with lots of policies in place to look after everyone’s welfare including:
- Dedicated Level 4 First Aid Welfare Officer
- Dedicated Welfare and First Aid Room
- Network of CCTV cameras covering the venue
- Dedicated CCTV operator to monitor cameras whilst we are open
- Large team of Security Staff including men and women.
- Zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment/assault and drink spiking
- Plus much more!
Who we're looking for...
Teamwork - you'll work alongside 20+ other staff every night we open, so you'll need to be great at building relationships with them AND our customers.
Communication - We serve lots of customers every weekend, so you need the chat!
Flexibility – Our team members work across the whole venue so you need to be as ready on the bar as you are on the front door, cloakroom, floor team – ETC!
Enthusiasm – We work hard, hours are generally 11pm-5am, but we party harder!

Due to the nature of the venue (Nightclub), the successful candidates must be over 18 in order to sell alcohol, and be able to commit to working weekends and bank holidays
Training is provided. Working hours are 11pm until 3-5am Friday/Saturday with occasionally mid-week shifts.
Group Interviews will be conducted for this position, followed by a trial shift (paid).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
