Crew Learning, within the Global Learning Academy (GLA), has an exciting opportunity for experienced facilitators to join our team of trainers working in a fast-paced and thriving environment.
As a GLA Trainer (Crew) your role will to be to facilitate engaging and impactful learning that equips and enables colleagues to fulfill and reach potential in their role, meeting individual and business needs. This role will primarily deliver content across our Safety (SEP), Medical (AvMed) and Customer Service portfolios to our team of Cabin and Flight Crew, There may also be opportunities to deliver across the function including leadership & management development, policy and corporate training.

This a full time uniformed position that will require the job holder to work a flexible shift pattern covering 7 days a week, 365 days a year between the hours of 0600 and 2215 (subject to change).
