The purpose of this post:
- The Generic Recruitment Services Team Lead is accountable for the day to day running and delivery of the generic recruitment service activities.
- Under the leadership of the Generic Nurse Recruitment Manager supervise and co-ordinate standard recruitment process and associated activities; ensure the service provided is meeting agreed quality standards through a customer focused approach.
- Ensure that all recruitment requests are handled effectively and efficiently, by the Generic Recruitment Services Team.
- Act as a first point of contact to provide guidance and support to internal and external users of the recruitment service. Ensuring that best practice is advised in line with NHS Lothian Recruitment Policies and employment legislation are adhered to.
