Generator Service Engineers
WB Power Services are currently recruiting Generator Service Engineers. This is a superb opportunity for Generator Service Engineers to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The Role
- Planned and reactive service and maintenance of generators.
- Service, fault find and carry out breakdown repairs.
- Liaising with Service coordinators at head office for planning purposes.
- Fault diagnosis and rectification of the system.
- Troubleshooting.
- Participate in the regional on-call rota. (1 in 5 on average).
- Adherence to the company H&S, environmental and quality management systems.
- Accurate recording keeping using the company’s bespoke management system.
- Working closely internally, to ensure jobs are within budget and on time.
The Person
- Experience Servicing generators is hugely advantageous but not essential.
- Any experience in a mobile engineering position is attractive.
- Familiar with electronics & mechanical components (including engines and Alternators).
- Be able to understand and complete risk assessments.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with communicating via telephone and face-to-face.
- The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.
