ESG security based in Solihull town centre are looking for a Payroll/ Accounts administrator.
This is a great opportunity to be part of ESG Security's, Accounts and Finance team. You will be joining an enthusiastic and hard-working team. The successful candidate will be an experienced payroll administrator, with experience using Sage 50 software systems, to process payroll.
This role also involves accounts reconciliation and posting as well as some debtor control.
Aprox 15-20 hours – flexible working Monday to Friday
Pay rate from 11.25-12.50 depending on experience and qualifications
Most of our staff are hourly-paid, however there are others who receive a salary. This particular role involves all aspects of payroll including calculating hours, holiday pay, deductions and inputting the data on to Sage. Payroll for security staff is at the beginning of each month and office staff at the end of each month. These periods will be the busiest times, therefore holidays will need to be taken during down time, to ensure payroll is uninterrupted.
