GENERAL PRACTITIONER
Muiredge Surgery, Buckhaven is situated in the heart of its local community on the east coast of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth and St Andrews.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated General Practitioner to work with a dedicated and supportive Practice Team to provide direct clinical care to patients. Currently we have a list size of 8100 patients however this is expected to increase in 2023.
This position may also qualify for a Golden Hello payment subject to terms and conditions. The practice currently use EMIS and DOCMAN and the appointment slots of 15 minutes are a mixture of face to face and telephone consultations.
What is most important is someone with the right motivation and dedication to patient care. Ideally for 6-8 sessions per week but this can be flexible.
Our practice currently consists of;
6 x GP Partners
1 x Salaried GP
3 x Practice Nurses
1 x Health Care Assistant
We have a friendly and dedicated reception and administration team that are very much at the heart of the surgery and are a great support to our clinicians.

Mental Health Triage Nurse
First Contact Physiotherapist
Midwife
Community Treatment and Care Nurse
Phlebotomist
Primary Care Pharmacy Team
