General Operatives / Order Pickers

Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are due to sustained growth now actively looking for Operatives to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

The Person: Essential:

• 
  CURRENT VALID DBS IS REQUIRED
• Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Attention to detail skills
• Numerate and articulate
• Understanding of quality production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations

Desirable:

• Experience in a retail supply chain environment
• Previous order picking experience preferable
• Experience in Milling Metal

Key Responsibilities:
Operatives are required to work in a clean environment preparing and picking precious metal and gem stone products. Items vary in size and are mainly produced for the retail sector Working hours are Monday to Friday06:30 to 15:30.Experience of a similar role is advantageous but training will be given to suitable applicants. These positions are immediate starts
