Iron Mountain is a global leader in information management and storage solutions. We are currently seeking a Records Management Warehouse Operative to join our team at our facility
As a Records Management Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for managing and handling records and information stored in our facility. You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the security and integrity of all records and information stored in our facility
- Handling incoming and outgoing records and ensuring that they are stored in the correct location
- Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of our records management system
- Retrieving records for internal and external customers
- Assisting with the destruction of records that have reached the end of their retention period
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a records management or warehouse environment preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
