Poke House is now on the hunt to find an amazing General Manager to join our House over in St Pauls,

A Day In The Life Of A Poke House General Manager Means You’ll Be:

• Seeking and maximising revenue opportunities and minimise costs at every opportunity
• Ensuring your team provides the highest levels of service to every customer either in-store or through delivery. Also, providing good leadership to build a strong team that will exceed targets.
• Ensuring Product quality and presentation are maintained to an excellent standard.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and encouraging staff to develop their product knowledge
• Supporting the recruitment process when required.
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are fully implemented, communicated and understood by all staff.
• Identifying coaching and training opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
• Managing and maximising sales and profit budgets.
• Ensuring that controllable costs such as food costs, labour, chemicals and disposables are kept to a minimum without compromising standards and customer experience.
• Maintaining stock levels.
• Actioning relevant H&S legislation and ensuring a safe workplace.
• Ensuring that standards of uniform, behaviour and personal presentation are compatible with the Company's desired public image and values.
• Attending training courses/meetings when required.

Contracted hours: Full-Time a minimum of 40hrs

Shift schedule: Between Monday - Sunday (Need to be fully flexible)

Your experience, skills and qualities will ideally include the following:

• Management experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally within the food/hospitality industry.
• Food Safety and H&S Level 2 minimum
• Ideally, First Aid trained
• Good Planning and Organisational skills.
• Be able to manage, motivate and coach teams.
• Totally customer-focused and passionate about the business.
• Results driven with a proven track record of performance
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills and fluent English
