General Manager | a Commercial Skyscraper in the City of London!

RHC are excited to be opening at 8 Bishopsgate this September – a diverse, multi-outlet, tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. RHC are looking for an exceptional General Manager is required to join the opening team.
8 Bishopsgate will feature two Café Bars; a stunning Restaurant on level 26; Executive dining on Level 50 alongside various meeting rooms, PLUS an extraordinary auditorium for up to 200 guests. In addition, RHC will cater spectacular events within the building – many to be held at the very top of the building on L50.
The General Manager will need to be an inspiring leader, business developer, coach, counsellor and general operational superstar. Senior enough to oversee multiple Heads of Departments in several areas; hands on enough to lead by example. From world-class corporate events to logistics, lifts and loading bays, this role will be involved in every facet of the operation.
The team will start small with an opening team of about 15 and will grow to 80 plus once the building is fully occupied.
We are looking for a strong individual in a similar role or with the desire to step up with multi-outlet experience; commercial, sales and marketing skills; with bags of personality and presence.
We are open to hearing from candidates in the premium restaurant, luxury hotel and foodservice arenas.
