Job description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the growth and development of Mill Farm Sports Village near Blackpool (www.mfsv.co.uk).
Opened in July 2016, Mill Farm currently has six separate profit centres Bradleys Sports Bar (www.bradleyssportsbar.com), a 300 capacity state of the art sports bar recently voted best sports bar in the UK. Aroma, an upmarket cafe serving light bites and coffee, Churchill’s conference and banqueting suite (http://www.churchillsevents.com/) offering premium conferencing facilities and Milano’s (http://www.milanos.co.uk/) a 5-star, Mediterranean 120 cover restaurant with recently added Cocktail bar - MCB. There is also a newly completed all weather sports complex which includes a state-of-the-art conferencing and education centre and all-weather sports pitches. In the spring of 2019, we opened a 20-bedroom 4-star hotel.
Reporting directly to the Company Chairman, you will play a key role in building the Mill Farm brand.
About You:
  • You should be an experienced manager who has previous experience managing and running a multi venue 4-5-star establishment.
  • You must have a very good grasp of operations and ‘back of house’ as well as understanding and embracing 5-star service at all levels.
