In the role of General Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Leadership and development of the management teams
- Budget creation and allocation, ensuring the profitability of the operation
- Continuous improvement across all areas of the site
- Colleague and customer engagement
- Quality standards, compliance and H&S
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have significant operational management at a similar level and within the Retail or Food sector. You will be able to demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional teams and possess strong people management skills with the ability to create a high-performance culture of inclusion and engagement whilst implementing sustainable improvements to drive business performance.
