Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to launch and manage the newest member of Unveiled Venues - The Highlander, Ponteland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations as well as growing the business and implementing a brand new team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a new venue project.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business.
- Maintain, improve and create SOPs auditing regularly to safeguard the quality of the operation
- Manage budgets and ensure GPs are achieved.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Monitor the performance of staff and take corrective action when necessary.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and opportunities
- Live in accommodation available if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
