Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with 8 restaurant brands spanning across UK and we are eager to expand our management team at our Southeast Asian restaurant, Rasa Sayang, in London's Chinatown.
If you have strong management skills, excellent leadership and delegation skills, have familiarity with process improvement principles, possess knowledge of business administration and marketing strategies, and want to be a key player in developing the Group business, we want YOU on our team!

Your Role as General Manager:
- Implement and run operating systems and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency and profitability in the restaurant
- Oversee cost control
- Assist to drive restaurant sales
- Supervise staff performance across all levels
- Keep employees motivated and organise appropriate training
- Conduct periodic employee appraisals
- Maintain a cohesive work environment for both FOH and BOH
- Supervise and maintain strict hygiene, and health and safety standards
- Ensure the restaurant branding is upkept to excellent standards
- Ensure strong customer service is delivered at all times and effectively manage all customer feedback
- Work with head office in matters of finance, HR, operations, marketing and to tackle restaurant challenges
- Ensure financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments
- Design restaurant policies that align with overall Group strategy

Salary: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
