Salary: £46,860.56 to £56,701.27 dependant on experience
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager (GM) will be responsible for providing leadership to their Treatment Centre team to ensure a consistent safe and sustainable service in all Treatment Centres in their allocated region(s).
This role is being advertised in order to provide resilience across our population of Regional General
Managers in London.
As such, it is a requirement for the successful applicant to be able and willing to work from a minimum 2 of our Regional Treatment Centres:
- Essex – Buckhurst Hill
- London West - Ealing
- London South – Brixton
- London Central – Whitfield Street
The successful applicant will be assigned one of these Regions based on their 2 preferred locations
which will be discussed before progressing to interview stage. It would be beneficial if 2 preferred locations were stated within your application.
It should be noted that this role is not a work at home or hybrid working position – there is a
requirement for the successful applicant to be onsite at one of the above locations full time.
The post holder will ensure that the priorities in their region(s) are aligned to the overall organisational priorities delivered through a clear focus on safety, client experience & sustainability.
The RGM will ensure there is a clear, active long-term service development plan for their region, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement is cultivated throughout their teams
The role will require successful appointment to be the primary CQC Registered Manager and the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer for their Treatment Centres.

Qualifications
Minimum: GCSE (A-C) [or equivalent] in Maths & English
