Great opportunity for a passionate and experienced General Manager to join an exciting new Georgian inspired restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Fitzrovia.

We are looking for like-minded professionals to join our talented growing team. You would be working alongside our Michelin featured Executive Chef and Head Mixologist that was part of the team of one of the world's top 50 Best Bars.

In this role you will be supporting the Operations Manager to build and develop a strong and engaged team, delivering exceptional guest service, and working alongside the kitchen team to ensure high quality and standards are achieved. As General Manager, you would be competent in managing all aspects of the restaurant, such as daily and weekly financials, recruitment and team development, and health and safety.

The right candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ambition to continue to develop their career with us. A hands on, proactive leader who is comfortable to engage and lead their team through busy services maintaining our culture and atmosphere.

Job details:

  • Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
