Role – General Manager
Annual Salary - £36,079 + bonus
Hours – 45 per week
We are searching for a passionate General Manager with plenty of enthusiasm and charisma to head up our venue team. You will be responsible for all aspects of running the venue day to day and will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
General Manager Responsibilities
- To oversee day to day running of a busy, wet led, multi-faceted business, which relies on pre-booked revenue
- Managing gross profit (GP) margins, P&Ls and wage percentages
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey, raising standards every day
- Responsible for leading the recruitment of high performing talent to increase employee retention and reduce staff turnover
