Jungle Mania owns 5 soft play centres across South England and has future plans and developments for the North of England. Our centres are safe, stimulating, and fun with slides and ball pits, a café, and a snack bar. We host children's parties for all occasions and have a talented team of hardworking staff that keep all centres running smoothly.
At Jungle Mania we relate our success directly to the strength of our management team. To continue operating at our high standards. Our General Manager’s need to be a born leaders with previous managerial experience. Overseeing daily operations and using their initiative to solve problems for the operational day-to-day functioning of a centre, staff-related issues and customer experiences.
Working closely with human resources, finance, and senior leadership too. An expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities, deliver exceptional customer service and cleanliness standards and collaborate across a wide range of duties within the centre. Ultimately driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.

- All Managers are allowed 4 family members to receive 50% off entry
- All Managers’ children to receive 50% off Party entry
- All Managers are allowed 2 family members to receive 25% off Party entry

- Managers will receive days in lieu for outstanding performance/employee of the month

Primary responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all daily business operations to ensure smooth running of their centre.
- Placing team members in correct department for each day.
- Training lower-level managers and team members to a high standard.
- Ensuring full team is following policies & procedures for the company.
- Leading by example, delivering a high level of customer service to all customers that visit.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to and any problems reported via an escalation process.
- Adhering to company policy and procedures set by senior management.
- Following budgets for stock control & staffing.
- Submitting Payroll accurately
- Improving revenue by increasing reputation and growth of customer base.
- Recruitment and hiring employees.
- Evaluating staff performance and productivity.
- Hosting events & sharing creative ideas to boost customer satisfaction.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Marketing posts and requesting in house marketing material.
Schedule:
- Mid-Week and Weekend availability
- Must be able to work 9am till 6pm
- Occasionally work till 8:30pm on Friday and Saturday for Exclusive Hires (Paid time and a half)
