Campus Genaral Manager
Reporting to the CEO
Responsibilities:
- Ensure student success through all stages of their programs and beyond
- Review job descriptions for current staff
- Address staff inquiries and requests
- Conduct post-probation meetings
- Identify and address efficiency issues
- Manage employees
- Conduct end-of-year employee appraisals
- Oversee curriculum and program evolution
- Manage student retention
- Handle staff and student feedback
- Develop plans to resolve issues
- Delegate project tasks to team members
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure success
- Monitor student surveys for program effectiveness
- Collaborate with Accountant for department budgets
- Monthly meetings with Marketing Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a post-secondary setting
- Familiarity with creative arts programs in a post-secondary institution
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Knowledge of the film industry is an asset
Skills & Knowledge:
- Expertise in private post-secondary institutions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in change management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Negotiation and mediation abilities for complex situations
- Understanding of academic disciplines and issues
- Knowledge of legislative obligations and educational commitments
- Emphasizes relational and collaborative leadership approaches
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
