We are currently looking for an experienced Shop Manager to take on an exciting NEW role in our venue.
Requirements:
*****Must have managerial experience ********* from a similar role in a fast paced environment with preferable hospitality knowledge. Ideally the candidate should have knowledge with Panjabi food as this would be an advantage but isn't mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Manage and train other staff members/ team members
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Order stock for the store
- Create rotas for the team
- Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Manage the overall operations of the venue
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Comply with company rules and regulations and all other health and safety legislation
- Manage events & promotions
- Overseeing that the venue is functional, presentable and clean
- Overseeing other staff members
- Other responsibilities
