We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at one of our leading sites in Central London

Location: London

Rate of pay: £42,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings for events

Key responsibilities

Manage a free issues food offer and drive a programme of events and hospitality functions bespoke to this particular client

Lead an innovative and controlled product range in each of the sites micro kitchens

Support the supply of a free issues coffee programme working with an experienced Barista team

Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business

Ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured and are in line with the CH&CO brand

Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the fixed budget parameters

Provide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff in the business and the Head Chef
Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety
Effectively communicate with the European Hub of the clients business
