Butchies is looking for an experienced General Manager who is looking for an exciting new opportunity.

We are an award winning, fun loving, growing premium fried chicken restaurant. Our journey started on the street food scene in East London. We have since opened restaurants in central, west and south London. We have bold ambitions to grow the estate over the next few years and we are looking for the right person to help us build on our success.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience minimum 2 years experience as a manager in a QSR or casual dining setting
- Be a real foodie withe a genuine passion and understanding of the London food scene
- Be obsessed with delivering great service
- Have an understanding of P&Ls, operations, people management and stock management
- Have experience in inspiring, motivating and developing teams
- Be enthusiastic about the brand
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Be able to adapt their management style and keep their team engaged
- Love fried chicken!
We are a looking for a manager who is hands on, excited about about high standards and leads from the front. Our Victoria Market Halls kitchen operates Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00.
