Are you looking for a Production Operator role?
Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for several Production Operators and Warehouse Operatives, working for a highly reputable client located in Shildon.
Production Operator Applicants:
- A reliable team player
- Quick learner who can get up to speed quickly and become competent in production methods.
- Have a can-do attitude.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Through the role you will be required to undertake training and assisting in the training of other employees, as required.
SHIFTS: Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available
There is plenty of overtime available with the role once sufficiently trained.
PAY RATE: £10.42 - £14
Production Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work in a busy production environment to achieve on time manufacturing of product to meet customer release dates.
- Be proactive in managing own workload ensuring prioritisation of most time critical tasks.
- Positively engage in continuous development and training on production processes
- Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping on production equipment and within production areas
- Performing quality assurance checks and in-process testing
- Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with senior production operator to swiftly resolve.
- Be a good communicator with the ability to form positive working relationships across all teams on site.
- Ready to take on new challenges as the business grows and the department develops.
