What does the role entail?
- Directly managing staff with a view to growth and expansion.
- Working on membership sales to reach sales and revenue targets.
- Manage/train a team to develop a consistent level of service.
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining your friendly and approachable personality
- Ambitious and driven towards reaching sales and pre-sales targets.
- Managing the brand standards and health and safety of the site
- Working with the regional manager on day to day operations, sales, additional revenue, brand standards, health and safety, group exercise and personal training
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate manager who wants to help grow the business and team. Here are some further specifics.
- Experience in health and fitness general management or good experience in assistant management. Without this, you wont be considered.
- Level 2 Gym instructor minimum
- Driven and organised personally and professionally
- Someone who loves working in a team and confident with their leaderships skills
- Strong communicator as you will be working closely with the regional manager and franchise owners
- Passionate about helping members go on their own fitness journey and building a strong community around that
- Candidate to have successful sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
