Job description
We are looking for a motivated, experienced, proactive and patient -centred individual for the role of General Manager - Acute Medicine and Frailty within the Urgent Care Division at East Sussex Healthcare.
This in an exciting opportunity to lead two services that have grown considerably over a 5 year period. This includes the development of Same Day Emergency Care, expanding workforce across 7 day working and development of Acute Frailty Teams and frailty Virtual Ward, working closely with community colleagues.
The General Manager will support the delivery of high-quality care, as well as leading the implementation of service improvement projects alongside development of further service improvement , working closely with the Clinical Leads and Head of Nursing, whilst supporting the service managers within each service.
