We are looking for a professional Maintenance Person who wants to succeed in a reputable & growing company
We are looking for a professional maintenance person who generally likes what they do and is proud of their work going the extra mile to make sure our clients are satisfied.
We are looking for a handy person with knowledge and experience to come on board with there own tools and car. we are looking for someone who possesses the following skills;
-Good painting and decorating skills
-Carpentry Skills
-Ability to change locks
-Basic Plumbing skills
-Basic electrical skills (competent in changing sockets etc.)
-Cleaning facilities
-Removing items and rubbish
-Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work
-Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
Prior experience in the construction industry is key to being a successful candidate
honesty and integrity are core elements to our success.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month
Salary: From £150.00 per day
