We are looking for a reliable and dedicated person to join our team.
The role is for 30 hours a week.
A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work and to the highest standard on-site.
What will i be doing?
As a Maintenance Assistant, you are responsible in carrying out maintenance and repair works on site promptly and to the highest standards. You will also be required to follow all company statutory and legal regulatory requirements during repairs. In particular you will be required to;
- Conduct general site maintenance on site - external and internal areas
- Maintain the external parking areas and repair any damage that occurs from site traffic.
- Follow and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- General tidying of the external site and making sure the site is presentable.
- Working on your own
- Communicate effectively with both public and external contractors
- Adhere to all current legislation, pertaining to fire, health and safety regarding your workplace.
