General Labourers / Plumbers/ Electricians / Painters and Decorators, you have attached a link so you can check Umbrella /CIS so you gain an understanding of this.

Pay rates:
- Elec’s - PAYE RATE PER HOUR - £17/18, Umbrella/CIS - 20/23 Need L3 NVQ and 18th Edition
- Handyman / Labourers PAYE - £15 - Umbrella £16/17
- Mechanical Level 3 NVQ as well as an 18th edition /Plumbers need L2 Plumbing- PAYE - £17/18 - Umbrella/CIS - £20/23
- Painter & Decorator - £17/18.
Hours: 8am - 5pm, or shift work
Location: Central London
Also, we are looking for people who have experience in commercial work, not domestic.
So not people who have experience in Installing, just people who have experience in Maintenance.
With Painters, they need their own brushes and rollers, as well safety boots.
Electrician/Mech /Plumbers:
- Black Polo T - Shirt (No Logos)

- Black Safety Boots/Shoes
- Basic Hand Tool Kit, (no power tools needed)
Labourers:
