Job Purpose:
To provide a safe fun Ninja experience to Customers and Parties
To help and encourage customers to have a fun experience, while observing safe and sensible behaviour.
To assist in serving Customers at reception or Café as required
To assist management team in the daily requirement’s and tasks within the park.
Supervise park activities and areas as well as engaging with customers to maximize customer satisfaction
Major Objectives:
Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service
Continuously monitor Health and Safety
Provide guidance to customers and demonstrate techniques if required
Watch out for misbehaviour and clamp down
Arrange warm up routines at the start of each session
Give safety briefing for all sessions
Monitor what is happening on court
Take a shift on reception and on court and assist café as required
Co-ordinate the activities
Co-ordinate fitness classes
Maintain Ninja equipment
Make PA announcements
Maintain music

Relationships
Work closely with Marshalls and Receptionists engendering a close team working ethic.
Work closely with other Supervisors and Management in meeting objectives
Work closely with the catering team in arranging and running parties
Experience
Essential- Working in a customer facing environment via fitness, food or retail industry, Café/food industry experience. Party host and running experience.
