We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at Next Elmsall 3.
Location: Next
Rate of pay: £10.80 per hour + nights enhancement
Working pattern: 4 on 4 off shift patterm, 6.15pm - 1.45am
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• To assist in everyday food preparation and cooking in the kitchen as and when required.
• Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the Company style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
• Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to Company standards.
• To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the Company standards.
• Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
• Under the guidance of your Line Manager ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
• Work with team members to maintain food availability during service periods.
• Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
• Clean and replenish vending machines, if necessary, with change and product and deal with minor vending issues (blocked cans/incorrect loading). Report any vending issues that cannot be resolved to Line Manager.
• Assist in monthly stock take as directed.
