Job description
Fairways Property Management are expanding their administration and management support team and are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill an administrative role within the company. The ideal candidate should be friendly, enthusiastic and willing to work in a busy office environment. Past administrative and secretarial experience would be an advantage but is not essential ass the successful applicant will be given full training and direction.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Initial point of contact for telephone calls
Filling, Organising and distributing paperwork including incoming invoices.
Keeping stock of office supplies.
Must be IT literate using microsoft office - word/excel and outlook.
Any other general admin role decided from time to time by the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
