General Administrator
40 Hours a week – 1-year fixed contract with possible extension thereafter.
Location: Home working.
Anxiety UK was formed in 1970 by Katharine and Harold Fisher, because of Katharine’s experience with agoraphobia and their desire to develop support for others in a similar situation.
Since those early beginnings, the charity has grown to become a national organisation with an international reach delivering a wide range of services including helpline, support groups and therapy services.
Our mission is to help make the despair caused by anxiety a thing of the past.
We are looking for a General Administrator to join our team, working remotely.
Summary of Duties:
The postholder will be responsible for general administration duties including but not limited to processing client and partner referrals, ensuring referrals are processed within our agreed SLAs and feedback gained in line with set deadlines. You will also assist the Operations Manager with recruitment of therapists and processing documentation and assist with general administration duties.
The ideal candidate will also have some experience with Canva, social media and writing the occasional blog.

Responsible to - Operations Manager
Hours:
40 hours per week with possible evening or weekend work as required (very rare this is needed).
Annual Leave:
28 days per year (inclusive of Bank holidays)
Based:
Home working.
Main Duties:
1. To process member/partner referrals in line with agreed SLA
2. To gain & process client closing questionnaires in a timely manner.
3. Chase volunteers for quarterly feedback and update records.
4. Quality check therapist invoices and process for payment
5. Deal with incoming calls from therapist and clients, concerning membership queries.
6. Produce monthly rota for support groups.
7. Assist Operations Manager with recruitment paperwork and process on CRM system.
8. Assist with general administration duties.
