Job description
STM Group are looking for Gate Line/Customer Service Assistant who must be LOCAL to Feltham Railway Station (and surrounding areas) and be willing to work at other nearby train stations on the South West Rail network.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To perform gate line/ customer service duties in accordance with established client specific targets as briefed by the Supervisor/Operations Manager/Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Providing active support and advice to passengers to purchase tickets from ticket machines.
- In the event of an incident – assist to ensure the safety of passengers and staff and restore service as swiftly as possible.

- Be 18 years old and over and be eligible to work in the UK Be prepared to work anywhere on Elizabethline Network
- Be able to work a variety of shift patterns including Nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Be able to provide 3 years’ employment history.
- You will be required to pass Drug & Alcohol screening prior to employment commencing and DBS checks.
- You must be able to work at a variety of stations across SWR line
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £10.52-£11.52 per hour
