Job Summary:
Primary job description and responsibility is to oversee, coordinate and ensure that all Global Alignment Projects are efficiently and effectively being implemented and working toward program goals. GAT PM is also responsible for making sure that GAT Goals and needs are communicated across the different Departments / Programs, as well as listening and capturing Local site’s needs and bring that Voice into the Global Alignment Meetings.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities between GAT (Global Alignment Team) and Local Site
- Point of Contact for all GAT Topics
- Planning and monitoring program execution
- Project coordination and managing project interdependencies.
- Cross-project resource management
- Identifying and addressing problems and risks
- Program documentation
- Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
- Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes
- Collect, maintain, analyze data and metrics to improve GAT and site performance.
- Ability to deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
- Able to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation and a sense of urgency.

Education and Experience:
- PMP Certified will be a benefit.
- Agile / Scrum experience
- At least 3 Years of Experience as PM
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor
- Prolonged periods of observing manufacturing operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
