We believe providing a great service starts with great employees. Wheatley Group, through our partner organisations, is making a real difference to our communities and our tenants’ lives.
Our award-winning environmental teams, who deliver a range of services across Scotland, are an important part of this – and we’re looking for gardeners to help us further enhance our five-star neighbourhoods.
The successful candidates will have experience of garden work, horticulture and knowledge of plants, as well as experience operating push mowers and ride-on grass cutters. They will also have good IT skills to allow them to update and record activities using a mobile app.
We work hard to be an employer of choice and offer a range of flexible working options, an employee health plan and many other benefits.
If you can help us deliver outstanding customer service, have the relevant experience and take pride in your work, we’d like to hear from you.
This position is subject to a basic disclosure and requires a full driving licence.
For a chat about the role, please contact Environmental Service Delivery Lead John Ross Jnr on 07805764377.
At Wheatley, we are always looking to improve diversity within our teams. We want to create an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work and achieve their full potential.
We actively celebrate our individual differences and recognise the collective strength this brings our organisation. It’s important our teams represent the communities we serve, and we welcome applications from any under-represented groups.
We want all our candidates to shine. If you need any reasonable adjustments to help you feel more comfortable during the recruitment process, please contact Rachel Young on 07867291367 or [email protected]
