Job description
We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Gardener to join our team. You will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants.
As a Gardener, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. You will deliver a five star experience for our colleagues and all involved in the service team with continuous improvement of the landscape. The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
What you'll do:
- Apply fertiliser to help improve growth.
- Take out weeds and dead plants.
- Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
- Cutting of grass and litter picking
- Hard landscaping cleaning
- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
- Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
- Maintain all landscaping equipment.
- Follow the Sky landscape management plan.
- Complete any reasonable task set by management.
- Ensuring that we make the colleague experience in these locations brilliant.
What you'll bring:
- Experience to operate and maintain equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Proactive and highly organised with the ability to plan and multi-task.
- Confident and clear communication style. Comfortable communicating with everyone from the day-to-day service team through to senior partners.
- Some experience in a landscaping role.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
