The on target earning potential for this role is £23,280/ annual salary - comprising a base salary of £20,280, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Carry out all garden maintenance programmes, carefully planned to ensure that all standards of presentation are maintained consistently and to the highest standards.
You will use a variety of machinery to assist in maintaining lawns, paths, hedges and other areas of the estate.
Working all over the estate, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced gardeners in the business.
Health & Safety is of paramount importance; you’ll ensure at all times that you maintain a clear, tidy and hazard free work area
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
The kind of person we are looking for:
Ideally, you have some horticultural experience, essentially however, you have a keen interest in this and love being outdoors!
You have an interest in ground care and a passion to present a well maintained estate.
Highly motivated and possess an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills, an enthusiastic approach and a respectful manner; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
