Do you have horticultural experience and enjoy working outdoors?
We are looking for avid full-time team members to join our fast-growing company.
You will need to have a good working knowledge of plants and have practical hands-on experience in horticulture, including weeding, pruning, planting, shaping shrubs, and general plant and lawn care. The role requires physical fitness.
The role is based within our service area which covers Lewisham Borough, primarily postcodes SE4, SE6, SE13 & SE23. The ability to reliably travel to and within this service area is required.
Throughout the week, you will undertake multiple gardening visits. The position requires a good grasp of navigation and the ability to travel between various client locations within our service area in a timely manner.
We do not require you to drive a vehicle. Cycling, walking and use of public transport is encouraged and possible within our service area.
During the week, there will be 4 days of active gardening, and 1 day of other activities including professional and business development.
You will work directly with our residential clients, maintaining, developing and caring for their outdoor spaces. The ability to deliver work to a high standard with effective client communication is a must.
We are a tech-enabled gardening business, and you will be required to regularly use a smartphone and online software.
The role will enable you to expand your gardening skills, take on real-world garden challenges daily, experience different kinds of gardens, and work outdoors in all weathers!
