About The Role
allpay Limited are now recruiting for a part time Restaurant Cleaner to join our Facilities Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office, home to our own 'Carriages' Restaurant.
We can consider various working patterns, but the role requires availability for evenings and weekends, and to cover ad-hoc events.
In this role, you will assist the Facilities Manager and Cleaning Supervisor in providing a cleaning service to all Catering spaces within the estate, with the main focus on the 'Carriages' Restaurant and events areas, to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition and dispose of waste in accordance with allpay's environmental policy.
You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated team, who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of service.
Some of your main duties will include:
- To ensure all areas of the catering spaces and building where required, are cleaned to a high standard. To clean floors, walls, skirtings, stairs, working surfaces, internal windows and glass, lavatories, furniture and fittings.
- Cleaning of crystal and glass, cutlery, upholstery and fine details as directed.
- Ensure outstanding condition of toilet and washroom areas.
- Stock monitoring and order requests sent to the Facilities Manager.
- Being first line port of call for issues for cleaning-based issues, escalating where appropriate.
- To assist with the replenishment of wash-room consumables as when required.
- Consideration of the best, safest and environmentally friendly products for usage.
Some of your additional duties will include assisting the Security team in end of day checks, and if required, to accept keyholder responsibilities and manage keys and site access according to security management policy.
