The role of a Garden Centre Assistant is never boring. You may be caring for our plants and giving advice to our customers, to working on our tills or helping someone to make a special purchase in our shop or helping in the Restaurant. If you love meeting people and want all our customers to have a great experience, this is the prefect role for you!
It’s great if you already have retail/customer service experience, but if not, we will provide full training. This is a great chance to blossom in confidence and to meet our amazing customers and team.
You will love the 20% employee discount and the 50% discount off the menu when you are working your shift, although some exclusions apply. Also no weekend working, just shifts Mondays to Thurfsdays (8 hours) which will help to promote a good work/life balance!
